the hotel's location was super perfect it was close to everything i needed and so convenient for getting around the breakfast was also fantastic with plenty of delicious options i loved it
calls from the room were not attended in one go this needed multiple efforts to connect with the front desk in room dining also needed payment upfront before serving the food it felt ridiculous

the staff showed real warmth. i felt special , which showed the staff bonds. aarzoo and alisha greeted me with lovely smiles all the time. i will see team red again soon, the service was nice.
calling from my room required multiple attempts to reach the front desk, a bit annoying.

attentive detailtop class
I found the hotel to be very attentive to detail. The facilities were top class. the staff were very helpful and polite . i appreciated the creative use of the color red. It gave the space a distinctiveness without feeling overwhelming.

I found the restaurant offered live music during breakfast and dinner. This added charm to the dining experience. the buffet breakfast was superb. It had great variety, and every meal was delicious with great presentation.

The assistant manager of guest relations was always available and offered advice. the hotel arranged a comfortable car for an early morning airport departure when a pre-booked taxi failed. the exterior staff wore distinct uniforms. They stood out and looked smart.

the staff Did not interact much . when i arrived, the receptionist had her head Down and i waited. nobody offered water, and i had to ask myself because i Felt warm. also, the restaurant seemed to be expensive, so i did not USE it.
